These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dripsy mobile application ("the App"), operated by Michael Cao trading as Transform Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dripsy uses artificial intelligence to provide outfit ratings, written feedback, style suggestions, and shoppable product recommendations. The App generates a stylised "Drip'd" persona card after you've rated 10 outfits. Feedback is generated by AI and is provided for entertainment and general guidance — it is not professional styling advice and may misinterpret context, intent, or the subtle stuff a human stylist would catch.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dripsy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of any photos and content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the App's features to you. We do not sell, share, or use Your Content for any purpose other than providing the service to you. AI-generated outputs (ratings, feedback, persona cards) are yours to use, including share publicly.
The App is free to download with a daily limit of 3 outfit ratings. Dripsy Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited ratings, roast mode, full rating history, the Drip'd persona card, and shoppable style recommendations. Pricing is shown in-app and on the App Store and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS).
Refunds for subscription purchases are handled by Apple under their standard terms. We have no ability to issue refunds directly; please request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Outfit ratings, feedback, style categories, and shopping suggestions are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or surprising. Style is subjective. Treat the App's output as a creative second opinion, not professional advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy, usefulness, or appropriateness of any output.
The App may show links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon) for products we suggest. Purchases on those sites are governed by the third party's terms; we may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services.
The App, the Dripsy name and logo, and all design, code, copy, and content created by us are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI feedback will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms cease, but the provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email where reasonable. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to sue in your local courts.
